All UK post code orders are sent either by next day delivery costing just £4.99 or on a 3 to 5 day delivery which is Absolutely Free.
We now post mainland europe for just £4.95 per item. All customers ordering from outside the UK please order without postage and we will then invoice you for the postage amount separately.
If you need your order quickly then our next day delivery service is available for just £4.99 per order of you oder by by 2.45pm and then you will receive your order the next working day.
All orders are dispatched from our UK base located in Somerset Monday to Friday using either Hermes and the Royal Mail for our standard free delivery which normally takes between three and five working days or Interlink Express next working day premium delivery service for just £4.99 per order. Order several items and the total deivery charge for next day delivery is just £4.99
Customers are emailed as soon as the order is dispatched and provided with full tracking details.
We are able to post to the rest of Europe at £4.95 per item. For all other Countries orders are delivered at £10.00 per item. Just order as normal and we will invoice you separately for the postage amount.
We dispatch Monday to Friday from our new purpose built warehouse in Somerset and use MyHermes tracked or the Royal Mail three to five day delivery service and Interlink Express for next working day delivery if requested. For deliveries outside mainland UK we use the Royal Mail by Air service

FREE EXCHANGES & EASY RETURNS ON ALL PURCHASES returned in an as received condition within 60 days of purchase. (Extended to 60 days so purchasing for Christmas is made easy)
At Boat Shoes UK our aim is to make the return's process as easy and as simple as possible.
If you need to return an item then just email us requesting a postage label. We will then email you a label. You don't need to add any postage charge to this label, simply package your shoes securely and take them to your nearest Post Office.
Get a proof of postage & they will send the shoes back to us.
As soon as the shoes come back we will exchange them for you and return the exchanged item completely free of any postage charge. If you require a refund then we will deduct just £3.00 per item from the original purchase price to cover the return postage costs and the balance will be fully refunded to you.
This free exchange service is limited to once only per order and customers returning unwanted items for a refund, that have aready been exchanged will be charged £3.00 per item for the postage label,plus a further £3.00 per item for the postage cost of returning the original order for exchange.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return unless they use our easy returns system.
We only offer our easy exchange service for UK post Code areas. Outside this area the customer is responsible for returning items to us.
